| The Projector King respects your privacy. The Projector King will only collect,
store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your
information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to
process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product, service
and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal
information. We only share your personal data to external companies in order to
fufill shipments with UPS and Distributors. At any time you may contact The
Projector King with any privacy questions or concerns you may have. You also may
ask at any time to see the data you have given us and request correction or
deletion. Our goal is to ensure the highest levels of security and
confidentiality We Only ship to the USA and Canada VIA UPS. In some cases FEDEX may be used at our discretion.
IMPORTANT NOTE: UPS or FEDEX Ground Shipping Can be 1-6 business days for delivery. California customers please keep this in mind when ordering. Free Shipping doesn't apply to Hawaii and Alaska.

| RETURNS
POLICY |
Unopened
products may be returned within 30 days of product delivery date. We
will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and
processed the item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of
payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our
receiving your shipment. If your return is not due to our error, we will
deduct the shipping costs from your refund and a restocking fee may
apply.
All other opened hardware may
be returned or exchanged within 20 days of product delivery date if returned in
original condition, with all original contents and packaging material. All
opened hardware will be subject to a 15% to 20% restocking fee at The Projector
Kings discretion. Items that are returned more than 20 days after delivery,
are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts or original packing materials
will be charged a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. Cost of parts and
repair will also be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs are not
refundable. If the item purchased came with Free Shipping an outbound shipping
charge will be assessed before crediting back the return.
***IMPORTANT*** If Package is refused due to your error a 10% restocking fee will apply and shipping charges will be charged to ship the product back to us.
All
returns must accompany original packaging including UPC barcode symbols.
If for any reason the packaging is missing the refund may be rejected at
The Projector King's discretion.
All
returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) .
The RMA# must be indicated on the outside of the box. We CANNOT
provide an RMA# on the phone. If a item is sent without an RMA # a
20% restocking fee will apply. To obtain an RMA# please e-mail all
order information with the word RETURN in the subject line to: Info@projectorking.com

Lamp Returns
The Projector King will not accept a lamp return unless
the lamp is unused, its packaging is unopened, and it is returned within
Ten (10) business days after the customer's receipt of product. We are not
responsible if the lamp doesn't work due to your projector failing to perform.
A 15%- 20% Stocking might apply on returned lamps due to your error. NOTE: Lamps can only be returned if defective, and are tested to be defective. If unit is not working we can not be repsonsible for the return of any Lamp. If Lamp is sent back and it is not a Defective Lamp you will still be charged for the lamp and it can be returned to you at your cost
Shipping
Polices
Shipping
will be via the carrier requested by the customer as available on our
website. All phone orders are processed at 1:30pm EST M-F. Orders placed
after 1:30pm EST will be processed the next business day. All Internet
orders are processed at 1:30PM. Any Internet order not received by 1:30PM will
be processed the next business day. All shipping and handling charges
are non-refundable. Any orders that include a backordered item may be
shipped out separately or at once under the discretion of the Projector
King. We ship to all 50 states. International orders may be refused
at the discretion of The Projector King
Free shipping offer only applies to the 48 US
Contiguous States. AK and HI will be an additional charge due to the
high rates charge by UPS and US Express Mail. International order do
not qualify for ANY free shipping offer.
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not count when
calculating order processing or shipping times.
If the delivery address is changed once the
package has left our office, the customer will be charged an address
change fee of $15.00 for UPS and $20.00 for Fedex. If the delivery zip
code or address is wrong due to your error you will be charged an
additonal $5.00 for Ground and $10.00 for any Air Delivery.
All refused shipment will incur a 20%
restocking fee plus a $10.00 return shipping fee.

TAX: |
We
are required to charge 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to New Jersey
addresses. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of
New Jersey. |
| ORDER
CANCELLATION: |
Projector
King reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason without notice
to the customer. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price
due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from
our suppliers, Projector king shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Projector
King shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or
not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your
credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, Projector King shall immediately issue a credit to your credit
card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
